VisionRADIO acquires HF and shortwave broadcast signals via software-defined radio, computes 60+ real-time signal-quality metrics, transcribes in 17 languages, and extracts entities and topics — delivering intelligence through an interactive portal, natural-language query, and REST API. It runs 24/7, fully unattended, with SNR-adaptive processing that matches transcription depth to signal conditions.

A vendor-agnostic acquisition layer supports 40+ SDR devices and retunes on the HFCC schedule, detecting missing broadcasts, unexpected silence, wrong frequency and language mismatch. Confidence-gated filtering suppresses transcription hallucination, and continuous recording carries a SHA-256 chain of custody. The core has zero cloud dependency.
